  We are new to the neighborhood and this is the second time I've ordered from here. The first time I called, and the kid on the phone was kind of brisk, and made it seem I was bothering him by asking questions about the menu and any specials (He told me there weren't any BTW.). So we ordered our pizza online this time (With a special.), and not all the sides we wanted were listed. We wanted the chocolate desert bread-sticks again and they only listed the cinnamon, so we added that with a note in the comments what we wanted. We wound up getting a call from the store to clarify, so kudos to them for checking on what we meant.The worst part was that there was a 2+ hour wait time from the point we ordered our food to when it arrived, and it wasn't very hot by the time it got to us. It was pretty good food, but I don't think I'll order delivery from here again any time soon.

  Food was cold when I got it for a .9 mile delivery.
  Breadsticks had no flavor.
  Only had 2 types of 2 liters in.
  Tastes like it's all frozen. Little Cesers has better Pizza for less.
  Couldn't even place the order online.

  The pizza is always delicious, the crust is really good although sometimes they forget to put on the butter parm or whatever you ask for, so just check and they are very nice about fixing any problems
